Something has already shifted in you since Level I.
You may have felt it in the way your hands warm when you place them on yourself, in the way you notice energy differently now, in the way things in your life have begun to rearrange themselves.
That is the Reiki working.
And now you are feeling intuitively called to go further.
You've done the inner work and you may be feeling ready to share this gift with others.
Reiki Level II is where your practice deepens, your intuition expands, and your healing work moves beyond yourself.
You will learn the three sacred Reiki symbols, tools that dramatically increase the power and precision of your healing work.
You will learn distance and remote healing... how to send Reiki energy across time and space to anyone, anywhere.
And you will practice giving a full Reiki session to another person for the very first time.
This is a significant step. And with it comes a deepening of everything... your sensitivity, your intuition, your ability to hold space, and your connection to Source.
A note about level II
The Level II attunement works on the emotional and mental bodies, the layers where our deepest patterns live.
This means that after your attunement, things in your life may begin to shift. Old patterns may surface to be released. Relationships may change. People and situations that are no longer serving you may begin to fall away.
This can feel uncomfortable in the moment. But it always leads somewhere better.
This transformation is one of the most beautiful parts of the Level II journey. ♡
What you'll learn
The three Reiki symbols
The Cho-Ku-Rei, the Sei-He-Ki, and the Hon-Sha-Ze-Sho-Nen - what they do, how to draw them, how to use them intuitively, and how to combine them for maximum effect.
Working with clients professionally
How to set up your healing space, create a safe and sacred container, and hold space for whatever arises during a session.
The breathing and power technique... deepened
When you are working as a channel for others, the clarity and strength of your channel matters even more. We'll revisit and deepen this practice from Level I.
Distance and remote healing
How to send Reiki energy to anyone, anywhere, across time and space. You'll learn four different distance healing methods and practice sending a full distance healing session.
The still point
A gentle Reiki technique that quiets the craniosacral rhythm, allowing the nervous system to drop into a profound state of stillness and reset.
The beaming technique
A powerful method of sending Reiki from across the room, treating the entire aura at once without physical contact. Beautiful for sensitive clients.
Partner table practice
You'll give your first full Reiki session to another person, moving through the complete hand positions, using your intuitive senses, and allowing Spirit to guide you throughout.
Channeling and intuitive guidance
As you deepen into Level II, you'll begin moving beyond the mechanics of energy healing and into the art of it, learning to trust what you receive intuitively as you work on another person. We'll explore how to identify where blockages are being held and what they may be communicating, and how to open yourself as a clear channel to bring through guidance for the person on your table. This is where Reiki becomes something truly profound.

Everything you need to know to practice Reiki professionally... legally, ethically, and with integrity.

About Amanda
I'm Amanda Fresh, a Reiki Master Teacher with over 13 years of experience in energy healing, mediumship, intuition development, and spiritual coaching.
