What happens in a session?
Every session is 60 minutes, and completely guided by what is in your highest good... what you are most ready to receive.
I tune in, connect with your energy, and allow Spirit to guide me. We go wherever is most needed, whether that's clarity around a situation, releasing energy that's been weighing on you, receiving a message from your higher self or from Spirit, or simply feeling held and supported in a way that brings you peace.

About Amanda
I am Amanda Fresh, an Intuitive Medium, Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Coach, and Mentor, based in Mandeville, Louisiana, with over 13 years of experience doing this work.
The people who find their way to me are often carrying something very deep and personal. Some have been through trauma, abuse, or great loss. Others feel stuck, or are looking for purpose and sense that the answers live somewhere deeper than they've been able to get to on their own.
I work on the energetic and subconscious level, where the real roots are.
What comes through in a session often feels like something you already knew somewhere inside yourself, but could never quite see clearly enough to move through it.
