Most Reiki Level I classes teach you the history, the hand positions, and the attunement.

This class goes much deeper than that.

In addition to traditional Reiki teaching, you'll receive a foundation in the healing principles I use in my own practice, the ones I've spent years developing and refining, woven directly into your training.

You'll learn how the subtle energy body works. How energy blockages form and what they're trying to tell you. How the nervous system and the energy body are connected. How to use your own intuitive senses during a healing session.

And you'll receive one of the most powerful tools I teach in any of my programs, a specific breathing practice that activates the Divine healing energy in your hands and heart before every session.

Grounding, centering, and building your power
The foundational practices that every energy healer, and every person on a healing journey, needs in their daily life.

The breathing and power technique
A specific breath practice that activates Divine healing light through your body and out through your hands and heart. One of the most powerful tools I teach.

Personal healing principles
How subconscious beliefs, childhood patterns, and nervous system responses create energy blockages, and what to do about them. Including an introduction to EFT Tapping and daily self healing practices.

Self Reiki hand positions

Your Reiki Level I attunement

Guided intuitive self healing practice
Immediately following your attunement, you'll use your newly activated energy to work on yourself... using your hands, your breath, and your intuition to receive guidance from your own body.

A sacred space to share what arose during your self healing practice, held with full presence and compassion.
About Amanda
I'm Amanda Fresh, a Reiki Master Teacher, spiritual medium and transformational coach based in Mandeville, Louisiana, with over 13 years of experience in energy healing and teaching.

Reiki Level I was the beginning of everything for me. It opened something I didn't even know I needed at the time, a deeper connection to my own body, my own energy, and my own capacity to heal.
