I have been doing this work for nearly 14 years and have sat with hundreds of women. My certifications and trainings laid the foundation, but what I truly bring to this work is nearly five decades of my own healing journey, and multiple chapters of life that taught me things I could not have learned any other way.
I know what it feels like to go through something difficult, wondering if you will ever truly feel like yourself again. What I also know, through this work and through my own healing journey, is that the other side exists. And it is even more beautiful than you can even imagine.
