Reiki is a laying on of hands touch healing system. It translates to “Universal life force energy”. This energy heals not only the symptom of pain but the root cause of it. It heals on all of the energy layers, physical, mental, emotional & spiritual.

Usui Ryoho is a form of a traditional Reiki which started in the mid 1800’s with a Japanese man, Mikayo Usui, who was searching for the method that Jesus and Buddha used for healing. 

​

Through a series of hand positions over the body of any living being, region or circumstance, healing energy from Source is transmitted with intention, through the practitioner and to the desired subject, allowing healing to take place.

​

Because Reiki is pure energy and a connection to Source, it transcends the illusion of time. It can be used to heal others from a distance, and can be used to work on unresolved issues from our past.

Level I Certification

​

This class is for anyone who would like to balance and regulate their own energy, physical, mental, emotional & spiritual. Reiki is a wonderful tool that can be used daily to self regulate and stay calm and balanced during stressful times. 

​

You will also learn how to use your intuition to “tune in” to your energy body and receive information as to what it needs to heal and stay balanced. 

​

Level I Reiki Certification focuses on the foundation of Reiki & self healing. It includes the history of Reiki, in depth information about the chakras, how to feel energy, how to develop your intuitive senses, how to receive guidance from Spirit, & how to heal yourself using the practice of self Reiki.

After the class lecture, we will do a beautiful guided meditation, before each student receives their Reiki I attunement. We will then do a self healing exercise where we will use specific hand positions to feel blockages & direct healing energy. I will guide you to use your intuitive senses to receive messages from your Higher Self, Angels, & Guides, as to why certain chakras are blocked, and guidance to move forward on your healing journey.

Level II Certification

Level II Reiki Certification focuses on how to do Reiki for others and how to start your own practice. It includes the introduction of 3 symbols & how to use them, legal & ethical practices, how to set up your space, how to keep your own energy clear to be a beautiful channel of Light for others & how to do remote/distance healing.

After the class lecture, we will do a guided meditation & an attunement for each student. You then will take turns practicing on one another, as I personally guide you every step of the way, as you follow your intuition & use each symbol. Each student will have the opportunity to be the practitioner and also the recipient. Students not paired in the exercise will be observing, which offers a beautiful opportunity to learn from others. These practice sessions of level II are always my favorite. It is such a beautiful experience for me to watch each student receive validation of their intuition & healing abilities.

Level III Certification

Level III Master Reiki Certification is for those who would like to teach Reiki. Two more symbols are introduced, along with the knowledge of how to pass attunements to others. Learn how to structure your own classes. A guided meditation & final attunement are also included.

After the class lecture, we will do a guided meditation & each student will receive their level III attunement. Then each student will have the opportunity to give an attunement to another student.
