Join me at my office for a guided meditation group. Deepen your meditation practice, as you connect with other, like minded souls. 

We will start with a short talk, where I will explain how to receive and interpret messages from your Higher Self, Angels, Guides & loved ones in spirit.

We will then do a beautiful guided meditation together, as we ground, center & connect with the energy of our Higher Selves and Spirit.
